Terms and conditions relating to the sale and dispatch of gift cards

1. About Us

Offers in relation to gift cards on this site are made by My Staff Shop Limited of 2 Charlesworth Court, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3AF ("we").

2. Our service

Our service is limited to the fulfilment of orders for gift cards in accordance with the advertised offers by My Staff Shop Limited.

These terms and conditions ("General Terms and Conditions") apply to any order you place. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must not order any product or service from us.

We are not liable for damages or indirect loss consequential or otherwise that may result from the use of the gift card ordered from us. In addition the goods and services that may be purchased using gift cards from retail stores or other merchants are not guaranteed or endorsed by us, nor are we liable for the quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased using gift cards ordered from us.

These terms and conditions do not affect any rights you may have at law.

3. Placing an order

Orders may be placed via the website (or by telephone if using Reward Beans as the method of payment).

We will email you to tell you that your order has been confirmed.

If the Gift Card is a physical card (not Digital), we will email you to tell you that your order has been dispatched.

For items that are to be posted out to you a valid postal address will need to be provided on your order. If an address is not provided, Customer Services will contact you on your registered email address for this information.

4. Payment

My Staff Shop accepts debit card and credit card payments (excluding American Express and Delta).

If the order is being placed via the My Staff Shop app then Google Pay or Apple Pay (if applicable to the device) can also be used.

All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

If your order has been paid for using a debit card or credit card in error (i.e. not using Reward Beans as method of payment), then no refund will be issued back to the payment card.

5. Delivery

We dispatch physical gift cards every weekday (excluding bank holidays) via Royal Mail second class post.

Some gift cards will arrive blank and you will need to activate it on your My Staff Shop account before the balance is loaded. Instructions will be provided to you inside the envelope with the gift card.

Some gift cards will come pre-loaded.

We can deliver to addresses all across the UK including the Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. We also deliver to all areas of the Republic of Ireland. Despatch of Gift Vouchers is from mainland UK - please allow extra time for your order to arrive if sending to any of the areas listed above. Unfortunately we do not deliver anywhere else.

All risk in the gift cards (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

6. Gift card terms and conditions

The issue and use of each gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer of the gift card. We are not liable for the accuracy or legality of such terms and conditions and you should take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are satisfied with such terms and conditions before ordering gift cards from us.

In particular we would draw your attention to the individual redemption terms.

Our gift cards cannot be sold on by you, nor can they be used to purchase items you intend to sell on.

7. Gift card non delivery

If an order has not arrived in the post after 10 working days, please contact Customer Services here or email customerservices@mystaffshop.co.uk

8. Loss or damage

The gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or damaged once in your possession.

9. Cancellation

Right to cancel

These rights apply to the purchase of plastic/paper gift cards only and excludes all digital gift cards or e-tickets.

If you purchase a plastic reloadable gift card in error, please contact customer services to request a cancellation. If the request is received before the card has been activated, a refund will be provided to you by way of Reward Beans.

If you have purchased pre-loaded plastic/paper gift cards in error, please contact customer services to request a cancellation. If the request is received before the items have been collected by Royal Mail, a refund will be provided to you by way of Reward Beans.

Other than as set out above, we regret that digital gift cards and e-tickets cannot be exchanged, upgraded or refunded after purchase.
